CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW CLIENTS: To secure your appointment, all new clients are required to keep a valid card on file and submit a non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. Appointments without a paid deposit after 72 hours will be automatically canceled. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Reschedules less than 48 hours will require a new deposit. In the event of a no-show, the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged. — EXISTING CLIENTS: A 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged if failed to reschedule or cancel less than 48 hrs prior to your appointment. All no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services and may affect your ability to rebook in the future.
